Q: How to Order?
A: Simply add items into your cart, checkout, and then choose your payment method and provide the necessary shipping and/or meetup details.
Q: Where is your store located?
A: Our Main Office is in Quezon City, 717, 2nd Floor P and S Building, Aurora Blvd. Quezon City (across Robinson’s Magnolia) but we have store locations and pick-up locations outside NCR. (Please see Store Locations)
Q: Do you have Meet-Up or Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Yes, COD and Meet-Up is accepted within Metro Manila with an additional charge of Php 300 to Php 500 handling fee.
Php 300 Handling fee for Taft, Makati, Ortigas, Manila, SM North.
Php 500 Handling fee for Moa, Alabang, Fairview, Commonwealth, Monumento, Cainta, Antipolo
No COD for outside NCR, Antipolo, and Cainta. Only shipping thru LBC.
Q: Do you do shipping of laptops?
A: Yes, we can ship your unit nationwide via LBC Shipping with an additional charge of Php 1,500 to Php 2,000 depending on your location.
Q: Why is your shipping expensive?
A: To avoid any unwanted damages to the box or the unit itself, we secure your item with layers of bubble wrap before we package them inside an iBox (plastic container) before we finally seal it off with packaging tape. Also, we secure your item with LBC Shipping insurance. Actual unit value is declared.
Q: Are your laptops legit?
A: Yes, all units are genuine, brand new and sealed (around 90% of our units are sealed, some are only opened for testing and display) You can test all you want in any of our offices before purchase.
Q: Why are your prices cheaper than malls?
A: Mark up prices are very low as we target volume sales and have an edge over our competitors in the market.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: We offer 7 days replacement for factory defects and 3 months service warranty.
Q: Why is your warranty only 3 months?
A: We also buy the warranty from the supplier. If we were to purchase warranty, prices will go higher and will be close to the Mall price.
